Every day, more than 1.5 million customers in 15 countries entrust us with their print items. For our international Nordic team in Copenhagen, we’re looking for an Account Manager m/f/d who can impress us with their expertise. Could that be you?
You will be part of the international Sales team, working closely with the Managing Director, Customer Service Team and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer service to identify and maximize sales potential from existing and new customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be a key point of contact to customers and co-workers alike on a range of different issues
- Actively follow up on leads, manage and expand existing customer relationships
- request quotes for special print orders, take care of order management and ensure accurate administrative processing
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities
- Supporting and participating at Trade Shows and regional events to create the best possible customer experience
Your profile:
- Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or graphic arts
- You have at least 2 years' experience in a commercial role in marketing or graphic support
- Experience in actively following up on leads
- Proficient with MS Office and experience with CRM tools
- Knowledge of Adobe CC
- You are fluent in Danish, Swedish and English, other languages are a plus
