Order Procedure

Choose a product
You can easily put together your desired product with our product configurator. Just follow the selection of options, it’s that simple. All possible combinations are always shown. Select a property in each case for all product characteristics, for example A4 under ‘Format’. Choose the basic price, quantity and delivery date. Your current configuration is displayed on the right hand side of the website..

Datasheet download
If you would like to order printed material, you can find important information concerning the creation of your print file in our datasheet.

Choose the options
We will check your printing data free of charge with the basic data check. We offer a professional data check for a flat-rate fee if you wish us to check additional criteria..

Basic data check
Professional data check

Additional options are possible for many products. These involve sometimes a fee that will be added to the basic price that you have previously chosen. Select the type of data transmission and provide a job name should you wish to do so (personalised title for the order). Then click on „Add to shopping basket“.

Shopping basket
Now select your desired payment method. To proceed further, click ‘proceed’. Using ‘continue shopping’, you have the option of placing up to 10 orders in the basket. This function is not possible with the cash on delivery payment method.

Delivery options & purchase
Select your preferred shipping method and please check the address data. Read and accept the general terms and conditions, the right of rescission and the data sheet for your product. The order can only be completed if you agree to the terms. Click on „Buy now“ to finish.

Order confirmation & data upload
We have now registered your order. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will be directed to the data upload using the menu item „Upload printing data now“.

Artwork transmission

You can Upload your files up to a data volume of 500 MB. You can upload your artwork files immediately after placing your order or later in your customer account.

You can upload single files as well as a multipage PDF file.

Please note that it is not possible to send a multipage PDF file for the following products:

  • business cards and postcards as set
  • products with a black reverse 4/1 double-sided print (full colour)
  • products with special colour 2/1 double sided print (HKS+black)
  • products with flat hot foil stamping, partial UV varnish, and relief varnish
  • multipage calendars

You can send your files by mail. Please mark your CD/DVD with the order number. Our address is:

Please note: you can send files for several orders within one CD/DVD. Please in this case create a separate folder for each order and name it with the corresponding order number. Printed proofs that are sent with a CD will not be considered.
